Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
Time: 9:00 am prompt
Venue: Childa Event Centre, Plot 244 Solomon Lar Way, Utako District, Abuja
The meeting will convene to conduct the following association business:
Presentation, consideration, and approval of 2026 Annual Reports and 2025 Audited Financial Statements.
Election and swearing-in of National Working Committee Members.
Special Business, including the appointment of External Auditors.
Any Other Business of the Day.
To ensure a productive session, please take note of the following requirements:
Attendance: Attendance is restricted to Board Chairmen and MD/CEOs of financially up-to-date Member Banks.
Registration Fee: There is a registration fee of ₦30,000.00 per bank.
Proxy Forms: Any required proxy forms must be executed and returned on or before July 10, 2026.
